ABSTRACT
There was a time when every scientific research had a large importance in society but ignoring its side effects. So some those type of invention are widely accepted which are not eco-friendly. The conventional farming i.e. the Inorganic farming is one of its example. Due to the use of inorganic pesticides and fertilizers some serious environmental problems are appeared. The fertilizers and pesticides used in this type of farming are very reactive. They form some hazardous substances by reacting among themselves. The deposition of such hazardous substance is very bad for the fertility of soil. Various cycles in soil such as nitrogen cycle, carbon cycle, and water cycle are affected .The pesticide and the fertilizers pollute the water bodies and ground water system. The most important worry due to the application of the inorganic fertilizers and pesticide is that some useful soil micro organism as the earthworm dies due to it. The best example if we put an earthworm in a beaker containing urea solution then it will die .So the application of the in inorganic fertilizers are also responsible for death of farmer friend earthworm. Some helping microorganism as Nitrogen fixing bacteria also die due to this type of Fertilizer .The gradual application of Fertilizer is responsible for the Some of those are water pollution, soil pollution, air pollution, ozone layer depletion, green house effect etc. So now we have to think some different in our farming. Organic farming is such a type of farming, which has no side effect on water, soil or air. This method has effective production. In this method organic fertilizers and organic pesticides are used. Vermicompost, green manure are the organic fertilizers .Organic/bio insecticides are formed from cow urine, tobacco leave extract, neam leave extracts. The most important point in those substances that those are eco- friendly and their production is easy and economic. So In a single sentence we can say “organic farming is the safe guard of soil.

ABSTRACT Mental retardation (Manasika mandatva) is developmental disorder which come to existence in embryogenesis. It is defined as condition of subnormal intellectual functioning with defective adaptogenic behavior. 5 - 10 % of children are affected by mental retardation. In Ayurveda number of psychological disorders are described in details but regarding mental retardation it is lacking. After summarizing scattered references on mental retardation, it is clear that genetic factors (beejadosha), improper diet (apathya), suppression of natural urges (vegadharana) and gynecological disorders (yonidosha) during pregnancy play important role in the development of fetal disorder (garbhavikrati) & mental disorder (manasik mandatava). In Ayurveda it occurs due to vitiation of rational thinking (dhee), intellect / retaining power of the mind (dhritti), and memory (smritti) that causes imbalance of kala and karma which results into improper contact of the senses with their objectives (Asatmendriyartha samyoga). Currently available treatment in conventional system of medicine is palliative while in ayurveda medhya drugs (memory boosters & enhancers) are described for such disorders which are quiet safe and side effect free. In this review paper author did an effort not to highlight aetiopathogenesis but also management of mental retardation supported by various studies in the field of Ayurveda.

ABSTRACT
A rapid, sensitive and specific RP-HPLC method involving UV detection was developed and validated for determination and quantification of Losartan Potassium in tablet dosage form. Chromatography was carried out on a pre-packed Spherisorh C18, 250 X 4.6mm, 5μ using filtered and degassed mixture of Acetonitrile: Phosphate buffer (350:650) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5ml/min and effluent was monitored at 254nm. The method was validated in terms of linearity, precision, accuracy, and specificity, robustness and solution stability. The method does require only 10 minutes as run time for analysis which prove the adoptability of the method for the routine quality control analysis of the drug.

ABSTRACT
A mechanistic study is detailed in which coal ash is heated with its shrinkage measured continuously up to a temperature of 1600°C. The temperatures corresponding to the rapid rate of shrinkage correspond to the formation of eutectics identified on phase diagrams. Samples were therefore heated to these temperatures, cooled rapidly and examined using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) to identify the associated chemical and physical changes. The progressive changes in the range of chemical composition (from SEM), the extent of undissolved ash particles and porosity were then quantified and related to homogenisation, viscosity and ash fusion mechanisms. Alternate ash fusion temperatures based on different levels of shrinkage have also been suggested to characterize the ash deposition tendency of the coals.
Key words: Coal, Ash, Fusion Temperature.

ABSTRACT
Stress related anxiety and depression in medical personnel are being progressively reported more in literature. The perceived stress scale (PSS) is the most commonly used psychological instrument for measuring the perception of stress. It is needed to assess perceived stress in any local population using appropriately translated version of PSS. A high level of personal and particularly perceived stigma associated with depression was found amongst medical students, especially those displaying higher levels of stress. A stress coping style is a comparatively constant tendency to apply precise methods of coping with a situation perceived as stressful. The aim of this study is to investigate associations between numerous factors that affect perceived stress among university students.
Key words: Stress, Interns, Medical education, Coping.
